Delivering On-Site Valve Solutions: COVNA's Technical Tour in Moscow
Between May 18th and May 22nd, representatives from COVNA successfully completed a five-day business tour in Moscow, Russia. The trip was specifically organized to engage directly with local clients, ensuring their operational needs are being fully met while deepening our ongoing collaborative efforts. To maximize the value of these meetings, specialized valve engineers accompanied the service team. This integration of technical expertise meant that COVNA could move beyond standard business discussions and actively inspect equipment at the clients' sites. Whether optimizing existing valve setups or diagnosing acute mechanical problems, the presence of our engineering staff ensured that clients received immediate, actionable solutions right on the factory floor. This successful visit lays a solid foundation for COVNA’s future initiatives in the region. In the coming years, we plan to further institutionalize this proactive, engineer-led support model to better serve our international clients. By keeping a close pulse on local operational needs, we look forward to introducing more advanced fluid control solutions that drive long-term efficiency and success for our clients.
